Concept
* Positive relationship of students and teacher is also known as rapport.
* Based on Jones 2003,  achievements and students behaviour influenced by teacher n students rapport.
*The more communication and interaction, the more teacher can help students.

Factors That Influenced Rapport with Students
*Teachers appearance and body language
*Teachers attitude of:
#Using positive words
#Modelling good behaviours
#Setting an example

Importances of developing positive relationship
*Make all differences on how successful a student is
*Students will more willing to learn
*Teacher get more positive response from students. ( More job satisfaction)
* Students can share their problems and get effective solutions.

2.0 Role Of Teacher

-The main role of teacher is to create positive learning environment.
-Positive learning environment consist of two elements that are psychosocial and physical environment.
-What makes positive learning environment are:
*"Turn n Talk" to partner
*Every pupils is valued
*Emphasis on success and appropriate behaviour
*Pupils have right to be taught and learn without being disrupted by others and vice versa.
*Pupils are responsible for their behaviour
*Great value is placed in teaching
*Staff n Parents are jointly responsible to teach.
*Support effective teaching n learning behaviour management

-Why should we create positive learning environment?
*Classroom environment is significance environment
*Support positive social interaction
*Encourage active students engagement
*Allow students to assume more of the responsibility for instruction than the teacher.
*Create self-motivation.

-Types of learning environment

  Physical Environment
*Arranging the physical space
*Desk placement
*Lighting
*Environmental preferences
*Temperature
*Noise level

Psychosocial Environment
* The class which encourage positive social interaction between teacher and students, student n themselves.

Teacher n Pupils Interaction
*Dtermine the quality of classroom climate.
*Relationship based on mutual respect, trust, care, faith.
